Ehsan Group has invested for the Human Resources by programming and holding development plans while personnel’s training and

personal development plans are regularly designed and implemented according to the Company’s goals.


Managers’ Development


Training workshops, mentoring sessions, group discussions, film screening and other training methods are used for development of

managers. These sessions are designed and implemented annually according to the Leader Development Plan (LDP). These plans

have been created based on the Company’s goals and human resources management.   


Successful Personnel’s Occupational Progress


The qualified personnel are assigned to the key positions of the organization based on the career path and by recommendation of

the direct managers and approval of the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
